Info Puzzle can exchange or refund your purchased item if its is sent back to us within 15 days of purchase. Any item Purchased is eligible for a refund or exchange if it fulfils the following conditions
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is damaged
- The item has a manufacturing default
- You have received a wrong item
It is your responsibility to get the product delivered to us. Any charges incurred in shipping costs are also covered by the customer.
